Argyle Lake
May 4, 2017
On the long path I walk on
I see birds soaring like jets
trees swaying like a crowd at a concert
and the crackle of the gravel like fire crackers
the breeze blowing like a cooling fan
the grass as green as the jungle
flowers as colorful as the rainbow
and the temperature as humid as the Amazon
the fish zooming as fast as torpedos
people moving around the lake like ants around a puddle
the calm water as smooth as silk
and the sky as clear as glass
the waterfalls splashing like a pool party
the bushes as round as marbles
the field as long as a desert
was on the path I walk on
